Mobile callout to rectify various faults, mic cable trapped, unit wired incorrectly on a New Ford Fiesta fitted with a Parrot MKi9200 Bluetooth car phone kit ...............
I cannot thank you enough for all your help rectifying the problems I had with my Parrot MKi9200.  I thought that I was saving money by purchasing this unit from Halfords and having free fitting.  In fact, it has just left me with 9 months of frustration and confusion as Halfords hadn't fitted the unit correctly and, after I took it back several times, they as much as refused to look into the problems any more.  I reluctantly put up with this until it was suggested that I get an independent Parrot approved installer to take a look for a second opinion.  I'm very glad I did!
 
The prompt mobile service you offer is excellent.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services in the future and I have certainly learned my lesson when it comes to installing such kits into my car in future - leave it to the experts! 
 
This is particularly true as I was charged £229 for the unit and was then told I needed a lead for an additional £25.  The unit therefore cost me over £250 and I know you supply and fit the unit (with your convenient mobile service) for £250.  I won't make the same mistake again!
