SAVVI VEHICLE SAFETY CHECKS |
 |
| More than 600 people are killed or seriously injured in
road crashes involving vehicle defects every year.
(Source: DfT)
To ensure that your vehicle is always safe, you can't rely on your annual MOT.
*It is essential that you carry out some simple regular checks yourself or ensure someone else does them for you.
*It is a driver's legal responsibility to ensure that the vehicle being driven is of a road worthy condition.
* Vehicles driven with defects can be issued with an immediate PG9 (Prohibition Notice), which means that the vehicle cannot be driven. The fine for defective tyres is 3 penalty points and up to a £1,000 fine.
We can book an Appointment with a Mobile Qualified Technician who then can visit your Home or Workplace to carry out a Safety Check.
Some items included are: Tyres, Exhaust, Lights, Fluid Levels, Anti freeze Strength, Windscreen, Washers & wipers as well as general condition of your car & bodywork.
By using the latest Diagnostic testers we then carry out further checks to your cars electrical computers, sometimes indicated by the orange and red dash warning lights, to ensure that no driving faults have been registered, these may affect the fuel economy and safety, we can then advise you of any work that may needed, in some cases we may be able to rectify the problem there and then.
Please note we operate independent of any Garage so offer a non biased opinion !!!
